Bilingual agent was the most important factor.

Having a bilingual agent was great due to my wife is from United State and I am Peruvian. Going through all the process was easy for me to ask question to Patricia in my own lenguage. She was really nice to explain me things in Spanish and then explain same things to my wife in English.
